The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town at 1230hrs. 1400hrs, drive to Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Kirurumu Tented Lodge.
Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Lunch at the lodge. After lunch, drive back to Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight at the mobile camp.
Full day will be spent exploring the Serengeti National Park. The famous Wildbeest migration usually begins at the Serengeti National park before the animals cross over in millions to Kenya's Maasai Mara Game reserve. If you visiting at the right season, you will be able to witness this amazing annual phenomenon. Serengeti has it all, from the Big Five to various wildlife and birds that can be found within its expansive savannah grasslands. We suggest you carry along lunch packs so that you can explore the Serengeti the whole day so that you can do maximum exploration.
Spend an extra day at the Serengeti National Park doing game viewing activities. Other activities that can be arranged include cultural visits, bush breakfast, bush dinners, cultural talks, nature walks, balloon rides etc. Meals and overnight at the camp.
Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains. Proceed driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
Today you will descend 2000 feet (0ver 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a half day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Picnic lunches will be served in the crater. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
After an early breakfast, we descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a morning crater tour with picnic lunches. In the afternoon we drive back to the bustling Arusha town where we spend the night at the campsite.
